A Christ-centred community of nurses across Scotland — united by faith and a shared calling to serve humanity with excellence.
Our Story
The Fellowship of Christian Nurses, Scotland (FCN Scotland) is a Christ-centred community of nurses across Scotland — united by faith and a shared calling to serve humanity with excellence.
We are a proud extension of the Fellowship of Christian Nurses UK (FCN UK), bringing the same heart for faith, care and community specifically to nurses across Scotland. As part of this wider family, we are rooted in a movement that has been championing Christian nursing values across the United Kingdom.
We believe that nursing is not just a profession — it is a divine calling. Rooted in Scripture and driven by love, we walk alongside one another through prayer, fellowship, spiritual growth and professional development.
From Glasgow to Aberdeen, Edinburgh to Inverness, FCN Scotland is building a network of nurses who carry the love of Christ into every ward, clinic and community they serve.
Our Foundation
To be nurses who care for the total person — Spirit, Soul and Body — reflecting Christ in every act of service.
"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers." — 3 John 1:2
To connect, equip and empower Christian nurses across Scotland through fellowship, spiritual growth and professional development — so that together we advance Kingdom values in healthcare.
